This page lets users of the TrashPal app, developed by Pinnacle Venture (Pinnacle Cleaning Service), request deletion of their account and associated personal data. You can submit a request below, from within the app (Profile → Delete Account), or by emailing us.
When we process your request, we permanently delete the personal data associated with your account, including:
We may retain a limited set of records where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes (for example, transaction records for tax purposes). Retained data is kept only for as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose.
Requests are processed and your account and data deleted within 30 days of submission. You will receive a confirmation at the email you provide.
